So, I will be attending RPI in the fall, and I haven’t seen the dorms. I will likely be in BARH and I was wondering how high off the ground the beds are(without a loft or anything) . Also, do you just request a lofted bed when you move in?

Beds are about a little over two feet above the ground. If you get an adjustable bed, it can go up to about four feet off the ground. I did not request lofts but many people do.
